  1. I’m not a stalker, but I read your blog here and there.

    On to the topic at hand; the white shirt article. I don’t have an answer other than not being to showy. My bishop specifically mentioned my husbands “trendy” blue dress shirts and how now that he’s working with the YM he needs to leave them at home. I guess white must be the most respectful color?? But hey, that french blue shirt will last us longer…you know the glass is always half full thing.

  2. I had no idea this was an issue…and I have lot’s of boys. My boys wear white shirts to bless and pass the sacrament. My husband wore a white shirt when we lived in a smaller ward in case they needed him to pass. Other than that I’ve never even noticed what anybody else is wearing.

    I do have a pet peeve about girls wearing denim to church. I don’t let my daughter, and I don’t myself. It’s just for me though. I don’t really notice if anyone else is wearing denim. It just feels more reverent to dress up a bit.
